It arrives flat packed in the van, goes up on site in minutes and comes down the same way. You will not see it until it is standing, level and weighted, because that is our job rather than yours.
Heating it
We would send two heaters for a 3 x 6m, one at each end. They mount on the frame rather than standing on your floor, and they are warm the second they are on, which is the cheapest way to make an outdoor event feel like an indoor one.
Drop the sidewalls on the windward side, light the heater and the temperature under there changes completely. It is the difference between people staying until eleven and people making excuses at nine.

£165 for the weekend, and that includes delivery, set up, collection and 12 stainless steel weights, with no separate labour charge. Delivery is free within ten miles of our yard and banded by distance after that. Hire two or more and the price per gazebo drops again, with the heaters and festoon lighting thrown in free. How many people fit under a 3 x 6m gazebo?
Comfortably about 18 people seated at tables, or 30 standing for drinks. Those are realistic numbers with room to move, not the absolute maximum you could squeeze in.
Does the 3 x 6m come with sides?
Yes, premium heavy duty blackout sidewalls are included at no extra charge. Fit all of them, leave one open as a doorway, or have none at all. You can decide on the day once you see the weather.
How many heaters does a 3 x 6m need?
Two heaters for a 3 x 6m. Ours are infrared units that mount overhead on the frame, so nothing stands on your floor. With the sidewalls down that keeps it genuinely warm into the autumn. They need a socket on site.
