The bit everyone forgets

We have the heaters. That is why you can use the garden in October.

A gazebo on its own keeps the rain off. A gazebo with the sidewalls down and one of our heaters running is somewhere people actually want to stand all evening. Most firms treat heating as an afterthought and run out of stock by September. We carry our own.

  • Mounted overhead on the frame, so nothing stands on your floor
  • One heater for a 3 x 3m, two for a 3 x 6m
  • No flame and no gas bottle, warm the moment they are on
  • Fitted and wired in with the gazebo. We just need a socket on site
CANOPY INFRARED HEATER – MOUNTS OVERHEAD – NO FLAME, NO GAS BOTTLE – WARM THE SECOND IT IS ON – NOTHING TAKING UP FLOOR – NEEDS A SOCKET ON SITE GROUND

Safety is not an upsell here

Over a tonne of stainless steel weights, and they come free.

A gazebo that is not weighted down is dangerous, and in a gust it will lift. We have seen enough of them come loose at events to be blunt about it. So every frame we deliver gets 2 stainless steel weights on every single leg, at no charge, fitted by us before we leave.

That means a 3 x 3m goes out on eight weights and a 3 x 6m, which has six legs, goes out on twelve. If your site is open, on a seafront, on tarmac where we cannot peg, or the forecast has turned, we will say so and bring more rather than hoping for the best.

How we anchor and when we will not

Weighted, not pegged

Pegs are no use on hardstanding, patios or roof terraces, and unreliable on soft ground after rain. Weights work everywhere, so weights are what we build around.

We will tell you no

If the wind forecast makes a structure unsafe we will move you, downsize you or refund you. Nobody has ever thanked us for putting a gazebo up in a gale.

Heavy duty frames only

Commercial grade frames with proper sidewalls, not the pop up kind from a garden centre. They go up and down hundreds of times a year and are checked between hires.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

01

Build your quote online

Pick your sizes, add heaters and furniture, put in your postcode. The price appears as you go, delivery included. No form to fill in first and no waiting for someone to ring you back.

02

We confirm the date

Send the request over and we check the diary and come back to you, usually within a couple of minutes. That is also when we flag anything about access or the forecast worth knowing.

03

We turn up and do it

We deliver, build, weight it, fit the walls and light the heaters. Then we come back at the end and take it all away. You are not lifting a thing.

Extras

Everything else you need, in the same van.

Furniture, lighting and heating that matches the gazebos, so the whole set up looks like it was meant to be there rather than hired from three different places.

Overhead infrared heater

£49

Infrared heaters that mount overhead on the gazebo frame, so nothing stands on your floor. No flame and no gas bottle: they warm the moment they are switched on. One keeps a 3 x 3m comfortable, two for a 3 x 6m. They run off a normal socket, so we will need power on site.

per heater

Premium heavy duty sidewalls

Free

Full height blackout walls on every side, included at no charge. Fit all four, leave one open as a doorway, or have none at all. Decide on the day.

Included with every gazebo

Festoon lighting

£29

Proper festoon bulbs, strung the length of the frame on a timer plug. The difference between a dark gazebo and somewhere people want to stand.

per gazebo

Folding chair

£3

Powder coated steel folding chair with a padded seat. Stacks away out of sight when not in use.

per chair

Folding table with fitted cover

£9

6ft folding trestle with a fitted stretch cover, so it looks like a dressed table rather than a trestle. Seats six.

per table

Additional stainless steel weights

£6

On top of the two per leg that come as standard. Worth adding for exposed sites, seafronts and anywhere on open hardstanding.

Where we deliver

London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex, with the delivery cost settled before you book.

Delivery is free within ten miles of our yard, charged at our standard rate from ten to thirty, and rises after that, because a job in central London genuinely costs us more than one in Tonbridge: the drive, the congestion charge, the permits and the parking. On orders over £300 we waive it entirely, anywhere inside thirty miles. The quote builder works out which band you are in from your postcode and shows it to you before you commit.

Within 10 miles

Everything within about ten miles of our yard. Delivery, set up and collection cost you nothing on top.

Free
10 to 30 miles

Our standard rate. Most of Kent, the Medway towns, east Surrey, the north of Sussex and all of south and south east London: Tunbridge Wells, Bromley, Dartford, Maidstone, Greenwich, Croydon, Oxted, Reigate and East Grinstead among them.

+£35
Over 30 miles

East Kent, the Sussex coast and the rest of Surrey: Canterbury, Ashford, Brighton, Eastbourne, Horsham, Guildford and Woking. A long enough round trip that it needs pricing differently, but we still go.

+£70
Central London

The congestion charge zone and the streets around it. Not the furthest we go, but by some way the slowest: the charge, the permits, the loading restrictions and the parking all take real time.

+£85
North and east London

Everything north of the river beyond the centre, plus Essex and the eastern boroughs. A long run for us whichever way round we come.

+£105
West London and beyond the M25

West and north west London, plus Hertfordshire, Essex and Berkshire. The whole way round the M25, and the furthest we will normally travel.

Frequently asked

The questions we get asked every week.

How much does it cost to hire a gazebo in London or Kent?

Our 2 x 2m is £139, the 3 x 3m £149, the 3 x 4.5m £155 and the 3 x 6m £165, for the weekend. Every one of those includes delivery, set up, collection and the stainless steel weights, which is not true of most prices you will be quoted elsewhere. Delivery is free within ten miles and banded by distance after that. The quote builder gives you the exact total for your order in about thirty seconds.

Is there anything added on top?

No. The price covers the gazebo, the delivery, the set up, the sidewalls, the stainless steel weights and the collection afterwards. The only thing that varies is delivery, which is free within ten miles of our yard and banded by distance after that, and you see that figure in the quote builder before you commit to anything.

Is delivery and set up really included?

Yes. We deliver the gazebo, build it, weight it down properly, fit the sidewalls if you want them, then come back and take it all away afterwards. You do not lift anything and there is no separate labour charge.

Do you hire out gazebo heaters?

They are £49 each, and free on every gazebo when you hire two or more. Ours are infrared units that mount overhead on the gazebo frame, so there is no flame, no gas bottle and nothing taking up floor space. They are warm the second they are switched on. One keeps a 3 x 3m comfortable, two for a 3 x 6m. Drop the sidewalls and a gazebo with a heater running is genuinely warm well into autumn. They run off a normal socket, so we will need power on site.

What sizes of gazebo do you hire?

Four sizes: 2 x 2m, 3 x 3m, 3 x 4.5m and 3 x 6m. They all connect together, so if you need more cover than a single 3 x 6m we put two or more side by side rather than putting up a large marquee.

How do you stop the gazebo blowing away?

Every leg gets 2 stainless steel weights as standard, at no extra cost, so a four leg frame carries eight and a 3 x 6m carries twelve. We hold over a tonne of stainless weights and we will not leave a gazebo standing without them. For exposed sites or a bad forecast we simply bring more.

Can I book for just the weekend?

That is what most people do and it is our standard hire. We set up on the Friday and collect on the Monday. A single day costs the same, because the cost to us is the two visits rather than the days in between.

How far do you travel?

We cover Kent, Surrey, Sussex and the whole of London, including central London and the congestion charge zone. Delivery is free within ten miles, charged at a standard rate between ten and thirty miles, and rises beyond that. On orders over £300 we waive it altogether, as long as you are within thirty miles. The quote builder tells you which band your postcode falls in before you commit to anything.
