Access on your terms
Loading bay slots, lift bookings, site inductions, early mornings and overnight builds. Tell us the window and we crew the job to hit it.
Paperwork before you ask
Public liability certificate, RAMS and the anchorage detail, sent with the quote. Most building managers want all three and most suppliers send none of them.
Nothing pegged, ever
Courtyards, forecourts, podiums, car parks and roof terraces are all hard standing. Every structure we build stands on weight, so none of that is an obstacle.
Anchorage
The bit your venue will ask about.
Every leg carries 2 stainless steel weights as standard, at no extra charge, and we bring more for exposed sites rather than treating it as an upsell. On an open plaza or between towers, where wind funnels and gets considerably stronger than the forecast at street level, that is not optional.
We will also tell you when something is a bad idea. A fully walled gazebo on an exposed London plaza in a gusty forecast is a sail, and we would rather have that conversation a week out than on the morning.
Sizes, and how they combine
The frames connect, so a bigger covered area is built by joining units rather than by bringing in a marquee. That is usually faster to install, easier to get through a London access route, and simpler to lay out around existing street furniture.

Can you work to a loading bay slot or out of hours?
Yes, and most of our London corporate work runs that way. Early mornings, evenings and overnight are all fine, we just need to know in advance so the job is crewed for it. Tell us the slot and the access route when you enquire and we will build the day around it rather than the other way round.
Do you have public liability insurance and a risk assessment?
Yes to both. We can send the public liability certificate, a RAMS document and the anchorage detail before you book, which is what most building managers and venues ask for. Say so in your enquiry and it comes with the quote rather than after it.
We are on hard standing, a podium or a roof terrace. Is that a problem?
No, it is most of what we do in London. Nothing we put up relies on pegs. Every leg carries 2 stainless steel weights as standard and we bring more for exposed sites as a matter of course, so courtyards, forecourts, car parks, podiums and roof terraces are all straightforward. For a roof we will want to know about access and any load limit before confirming.
How many gazebos can you do for one event?
The frames connect, so larger covered areas are built by joining units rather than by bringing a marquee. Multiple 3 x 6m frames side by side give you a continuous run. Tell us the footprint you need and we will work out the combination, and the price per gazebo drops as the order grows.
Can we book the same set up repeatedly?
Yes, and it is worth telling us if that is the plan. Recurring work gets the same crew, who then know your building, your access and your preferred layout, which takes a lot of the friction out of the second and third time.
What about heating for an autumn or winter event?
Our heaters mount overhead on the gazebo frame, so they take up no floor space and there is no flame or gas bottle, which matters when a venue asks. They need a socket on site. They are our own stock rather than hired in, so we still have them available through the months when everyone else has run out.
